The documents below were endorsed by Laverstock and Ford Parish Council at their December 2021 meeting for submission to Wiltshire Council under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning system. They were published on the Wiltshire Council website for Regulation 16 Consultation which finished on April 11th 2022.  The first document is the draft Neighbourhood Plan as amended following the Regulation 14 Consultation in 2021. The second document is a Basic Conditions Statement which sets out the reasons that the Parish Council believe that the submitted Neighbourhood Plan satisfies the basic conditions set out in paragraph 8 (2) of Schedule 4B to the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as applied to Neighbourhood Plans by section 38A of the Planning & Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The third document is a statements setting out the consultations which took place with the community and other stakeholders during preparation of the draft neighbourhood plan and during the Regulation 14 Consultation period. The other documents are the appendices referred to in the draft Neighbourhood Plan.
